Moto Z Return & Exchange Policy
We believe in the quality of the products that we offer here at Moto Z, but understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If there is something wrong with a product, we will work hard to correct it!
We give 14 days to return a new and unused product from when you receive it for a full refund or exchange. For gear, it must be unused - no "test rides" please - and tags still need to be attached. Parts can only be returned before installation or attempted installation. They must be in their original packaging and condition - no damage or alterations. No returns on electrical or mechanical parts. No return on Clake Products. Please note, for custom or special orders there will be a 25% restocking fee or they may not be returnable at all. This is at our discretion, we will be fair!
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer - please make sure you keep your tracking number, Moto Z is not responsible for lost packages. When Moto Z receives the returned product, we will issue a refund to the payment method used to purchase.
